Join us for the annual Strawberry Festival, packed with fun for the whole family!

6:30 PM: Strawberry Jam (Southern Gospel Singing) at Stilwell Grade School Gym
8:00 PM: Strawberry Festival Rodeo (SLACK) at Rodeo Grounds (Hwy 59 North)

Friday, May 8
12:00 PM (Noon): Street Closures begin; Vendors may start setting up.
5:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Carnival at Adair Park
5:00 PM: Live Entertainment (Local Artists) at Kiwanis Stage
6:00 PM: 5th Annual Stilwell’s Got Talent at Kiwanis Stage (More live entertainment to follow).
6:00 PM: Cornhole Contest (Singles) Check-in at Third & Olive
8:00 PM: Strawberry Festival Rodeo at Rodeo Grounds (Hwy 59 North)

Saturday, May 9
All Day: Over 100 Arts & Crafts, Food, and Merchandise Vendors. Streets closed to thru traffic.
7:00 AM: Fun Run Check-in at Carson Park
7:30 AM: 5-K Run for the Berries Check-in at Carson Park
8:00 AM – 9:25 AM: Live Entertainment by the Stilwell Performing Arts at Kiwanis Stage
8:00 AM – 9:45 AM: Parade Check-in (Intersection of Clevenger St. & Second St.)
8:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Registration for Motorcycle and Car Show at First & Division Street
9:40 AM – 10:00 AM: Live Entertainment (1st–3rd Place Winners of Stilwell’s Got Talent) at Kiwanis Stage
10:00 AM: Check in Farm Berries at Kiwanis Stage
10:00 AM: Horseshoe Throwing Contest & Cornhole Contest (Doubles) at Third & Olive
10:00 AM: Strawberry Festival Parade (along Second Street, north to south)
10:30 AM: Judging of Farm Berries at Kiwanis Stage
Immediately Following Parade: Presentation of the 2026 Strawberry Festival Queen & Court, Announcement of Parade Winners
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Check in for Youth Club Berries at Kiwanis Stage (Judging follows Farm Berries)
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Live Entertainment (Two Bullets) at Kiwanis Stage
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Carnival at Adair Park (First Session)
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Berry Auction at Kiwanis Stage
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Live Entertainment (Vince Turner Band) at Kiwanis Stage (immediately following berry auction)
3:30 PM: FREE Strawberries & Ice Cream on 2nd Street
4:30 PM: Streets Will Re-Open
5:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Carnival at Adair Park (Second Session)
8:00 PM: Stilwell Strawberry Festival Rodeo at Rodeo Grounds (Hwy. 59 North)
