20th Annual Poteau Balloonfest

Join us for the 20th Annual Poteau Balloonfest! Get ready for high-flying fun and family-friendly experiences at the LeFlore County Fairgrounds.

Dates: October 16-17, 2026
Location: LeFlore County Fairgrounds, Poteau, Oklahoma

Event Highlights:
* Hot air balloon flights in the early mornings and evenings
* Spectacular balloon glow around sunset
* Tethered balloon rides (expected to begin around 7 PM)
* Helicopter rides
* Monster truck rides
* Returning carnival
* A large variety of vendors offering food, shopping, and unique finds

Please note: All balloon activities are weather permitting.

Admission:
* $5 for ages 5 and up

Parking:
* $5 per vehicle
* Free shuttle parking is available
