Join Wilburton Main Street for our annual Scarecrow Contest! This tradition has been delighting kids, families, and Fall Festival visitors for years. Now it's your turn to join the fun. Build something silly, spooky, sweet, or totally over-the-top. Anything goes!

Will Lil Marv’s keep the Traveling Scarecrow Trophy, or is a new champion rising?

Important Dates:
Submission Deadline: September 18, 2026
Scarecrows on Display By: Friday, September 25, 2026
Scarecrow Removal By: November 6, 2026

Display Information:
Main Street businesses will display scarecrows in front of their businesses.
All other participants can choose to display at their own location or request an assigned spot on Main Street.
If you choose an assigned location, we will provide it to you by Monday, September 21.
